هدف البحث الى بناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية معارف ومهارات الخريجين في تصميم وتنفيذ فستان طفلة وذلک لقياس مدى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي و محاولة تلبية احتياجات الخريجين وتسهيل امکانية الوصول للمعلومة. وقد تکونت العينه من(30) خريجة من غير ذوى الاختصاص الحاصلين علي الشهادات العليا والمتوسطة وقد تم تطبيق الاختبار القبلي والبعدى على عينة البحث ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى أنه توجد فروق دالة احصائياً بين متوسط درجات الخريجين فى المعارف والمهارات المتضمنة بالبرنامج التدريبي فى التطبيقين القبلي والبعدى لصالح التطبيق البعدى ، مما يدل علي اهمية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الجانب المعرفي والجانب المهاري في رسم نموذج فستان طفلة سن 3 سنوات وتنفيذه، وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام بالتکامل والربط بين الجانب المعرفي والمهارى وذلک لزيادة کفاءة العملية التعليمية للبرامج التدريبية.
 
Abstract
The Effectiveness of a Training Program for Graduate Rehabilitation to Work some  Children's Wear
The research aims to design a training program to develop the knowledge and skills of graduates in designing and implementing a child's dress, it measures the effectiveness of the training program in developing knowledge and skill performance, tries to fulfill the needs of graduates, and facilitates access to information at any time and anywhere. Sample research consists of (30) young graduates with high and intermediate certifications. Applying pre/post test on the sample, the study ends with that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of female students in the knowledge and skill of the training program in pre/post application in favor of the post one, This indicates the importance of the training program in developing the cognitive and skillful aspects of drawing and implementing a dress model for a 3-year-old girl. The researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the integrity between the knowledge and skill in order to increase the competence of training programs in the educational process.
