التشوه المعرفي وعلاقته بتبسيط الأعمال المنزلية لدى عينة من ربات الأسر
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على  طبيعة العلاقة بين التشوه المعرفي بمحاوره (التفکير الثنائي – الاستنتاج الاعتباطي – المبالغة والتقليل – المنطق العاطفي – لوم الذات و الآخرين – التفکير المثالي – المقارنات المجحفة – الإفراط في التعميم والإيجابية – الأسئلة العميقة ) و تبسيط الأعمال المنزلية بأبعادها (حذف الحرکات الزائدة – دمج خطوات العمل – إعادة الترتيب – التبسيط في أساليب الأداء) لدي ربات الأسر ، کما يهدف إلى الکشف عن الفروق بين ربات الأسر في کل من التشوه المعرفي بمحاوره  وتبسيط الأعمال المنزلية بأبعادها تبعاً لمکان السکن (ريف – حضر) ، کذلک يهدف إلى معرفة طبيعة الاختلاف بين ربات الأسر في کل من التشوه المعرفي بمحاوره وتبسيط الأعمال المنزلية بأبعادها تبعاً لعدد أفراد الأسرة ، و المستوى التعليمي لکل من رب وربة الأسرة  ، کما تهدف إلى تحديد طبيعة الاختلاف تبعاً لوظيفة رب الأسرة، وتحديد ما إذا کان هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات ربات الأسر ( العاملات – غير العاملات) في کلٍ من التشوه المعرفي بمحاوره  و تبسيط الأعمال المنزلية بأبعادها تبعاً لطبيعة عمل ربة الأسرة ، و أيضاً الکشف عن طبيعة الاختلاف بين ربات الأسر تبعاً للدخل المالي للأسرة.
وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 230 ربة أسرة في کل من الحضر والريف من فئات عمرية مختلفةو تنوعت العينة ما بين سيدات عاملات وغير عاملات بمحافظات الجمهورية المختلفة، و تم التطبيق على العينة في الفترة الزمنية من يناير 2017 حتي أبريل 2017 .
وقد تکونت أدوات الدراسة من استمارة البيانات العامة ، استبيان التشوه المعرفي ( إعداد الباحثة) ، استبيان تبسيط الأعمال المنزلية (إعداد الباحثة).
وقد کان من أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إجمالي التشوه المعرفي وبين تبسيط الأعمال المنزلية بأبعاده المختلفة ، کذلک وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إجمالي تبسيط الأعمال المنزلية وبين محاور (التفکير الثنائي ، الاستنتاج الاعتباطي ، المبالغة والتقليل ، المنطق العاطفي ، لوم الذات و الآخرين ، التفکير المثالي ، المقارنة المجحفة ، الإفراط في التعميم ، الأسئلة العميقة) ، کذلک وجود تباين دال إحصائياً  بين ربات الأسر (عينة الدراسة)  فى محور (التفکير المثالي) و ذلک تبعاً للمستوى التعليمي لرب الأسرة عند مستوى حيث کانت قيمة ف (3.225) وهي قيمة دالة عند مستوى 0.05% ، و بإجراء اختبار Tukey اتضح أن الفروق لصالح أرباب الأسر من أصحاب المستويات التعليمية المرتفعة ، کذلک وجود تباين دال إحصائياً بين ربات الأسر (عينة الدراسة) في أجمالي تبسيط الأعمال المنزلية بالنسبة للمستوى التعليمي لرب الأسرة لصالح الأزواج من ذوي المستوى التعليمي المرتفع ، عدم وجود تباين دال إحصائياً  بين ربات الأسر (عينة الدراسة)  فى التشوه المعرفي بمحاوره المختلفة ، کذلک إجمالي التشوه المعرفي ، و ذلک تبعاً للدخل المالي للأسرة  ،کما يتضح وجود تباين دال إحصائياً بين ربات الأسر (عينة الدراسة)  فى أبعاد (دمج خطوات العمل / التبسيط في أساليب الأداء) ، حيث کانت قيمة ف على التوالي (4.321 / 3.202) وهي قيم دالة عند مستوى 0.05%  ، و ذلک تبعاً للدخل المالي للأسرة ، و بإجراء اختبار Tukey اتضح أن الفروق کانت لصالح ربات الأسر اللاتي ينتمين لمستويات الدخل المرتفعة، هذا يتفق مع دراسة منار خضر(2013) والتي أثبتت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند تطبيق ربة الأسرة لأسس تبسيط العمل المنزلي تبعاً لدخل الأسرة
وکان من أهم توصيات الدراسة أنه يجب إدراج نتائج البحوث المتعلقة بتبسيط الأعمال المنزلية ضمن برامج ومخططات وزارة التربية والتعليم في مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي والإهتمام أکثر بتلک المادة ، کما على الإذاعة و التليفزيون الاهتمام بنتائج الأبحاث المتعلقة بتبسيط الأعمال المنزلية وتدريب ربات الأسر على الطرق الحديثة في هذا الموضوع، کذلک العمل على تصحيح التشوهات المعرفية المتوارثة والمستلة من العادات و التقاليد القديمة واستبادالها بعادات مبنية على أسس علمية تساهم في رفع کفاءة ربات الأسر في أداء الأعمال المنزلية ، کذلک نشر الوعي بين ربات الأسر العاملات بمبادئ تبسيط الأعمال المنزلية من خلال المؤسسات اللاتي يعملن بها فذلک له عظيم الأسر على صحتها وبالتالي على الأسرة والمجتمع.
 
Abstract
The cognitive distortion and its relationship to streamlining of the housework for female heads of household
 
This study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between cognitive distortions with its axes (dual thinking - arbitrary conclusion - exaggeration and belittling - emotional logic - blaming oneself and others - ideal thinking - unfair comparisons - excessive generalization and positivity - deep questions) and simplifying household chores with their dimensions (Eliminate extra movements - merging work steps - rearranging - simplifying performance methods) among female heads of household. as it aims to reveal the differences between female heads of household in each of the cognitive distortions with its axes and simplifying household chores with their dimensions according to the place of residence (rural - urban). as well as He aimed to know the nature of the difference between female heads of household in each of the cognitive distortions in his axes and simplify household tasks with their dimensions according to the number of family members. and the educational level of both the head and the head of the family. and also aims to determine the nature of the difference according to the function of the head of the family. and determine whether there are differences Statistical significance between the average degrees of female heads of household (female workers - non-workers) in both cognitive distortions in their axes and simplification of household chores with their dimensions according to the nature of the housewife's work. and also revealing the nature of the difference between female heads of household according to the financial income of the family.
The sample of the study included 230 heads of households in both urban and rural areas of different age groups. and the sample varied between working and non-working women in the different governorates of the Republic. and the sample was applied in the time period from January 2017 to April 2017.
The study tools consisted of a general data form. a cognitive distortion questionnaire (researcher preparation). and a simplification of household work questionnaire (researcher preparation).

the most important recommendations of the study were that the results of research related to simplifying household chores should be included in the programs and plans of the Ministry of Education in the subject of home economics and paying more attention to that subject. Also. work to correct the cognitive distortions inherited from the old customs and traditions and replace them with habits based on scientific foundations that contribute to raising the efficiency of female heads of household in performing housework. as well as spreading awareness among female heads of working families Simplification of the principles of home business through the institutions who work out it is a great families on their health and therefore on the family and society.
