إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بالمهارات التنموية لدى عينة من شباب الجامعة
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة والمهارات التنموية لدى عينة من شباب الجامعة بمحافظة کفر الشيخ وبعض المتغيرات اﻹجتماعية واﻹقتصادية,کذلک دراسة طبيعة الإختلافات بين شباب الجامعة عينة الدراسة في کل من إدارة المعرفة بمحاورها والمهارات التنموية بمحاورها تبعا لإختلاف نوع الجنس (ذکور وإناث),نوع الکلية(حکومية –خاصة).
وأتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفى و التحليلي ، وتم تصنيف وتحليل البيانات بإستخدام المنهج الوصفى من خلال العدد والنسب المئوية والمتوسط الحسابى والإنحراف المعيارى، وکذلک المنهج التحليلى من خلال معامل ألفا کرونباخ Alpha Cronbach ، إختبار  T.test ، حساب تحليل التباين One Way Anova ,معاملات الإرتباط Correlatio  باستخدام معادلة بيرسون وإختبار التجزئة النصفية بإستخدام معادلتي سبيرمان – بروان، وجتمان لحساب ثبات الإستبيان وتم إستخدام عدة أدوات من إعداد الباحثتان وهى إستمارة بيانات عامة , إستبيان إدارة المعرفة وتضمن ثلاث أبعاد(إکتساب المعرفة والمشارکة بالمعرفة وتطبيق المعرفة ),إستبيان المهارات التنموية والذي تضمن أربع محاور وهى (مهارة إدارة الذات- مهارة إتخاذ القرار والتفکير النقدي - مهارة التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين- مهارة إدارة الضغوط ), وأشتملت عينة الدراسة الميدانية على 310 طالب وطالبة من شباب الجامعة بمحافظة کفر الشيخ والقرى المجاورة وتم إختيار العينة بطريقة غرضية قصدية حيث يشترط أن تکون فى المرحلة الجامعية ومن مستويات إجتماعية وإقتصادية مختلفة.وکانت من أهم نتائج البحث وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين إدارة شباب الجامعة للمعرفة وبين المهارات التنموية، وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين کل من إکتساب المعرفة والمستوى التعليمي للأب، وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين کل من مهارة إدارة الذات والمستوى التعليمي للأم والدخل الشهري . وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات شباب الجامعة فى إجمالي إدارة مورد المعرفة لصالح شباب الجامعة الذکور.وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات کان من أهمها الإهتمام بإعداد مقررات عملية تستند إلى أنشطة تنمى تفکير شباب الجامعة وتنمى مهاراتهم وإتجاهاتهم وميولهم وتتضمن مواقف تنموية، والتي بدورها تؤهل المتعلم للإستمرار فى الحياة والتکيف مع متطلباتها المستمرة.

Abstract
Knowledge management and its relationship to development skills among a sample of university youth
                                                                                                                                       
          This study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between knowledge management and development skills for a sample of university youth in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and some social and economic variables, as well as a study of the nature of differences between university youth. The study sample in each of the knowledge management with its axes and development skills with its axes according to the gender difference (male And females), (of college (government-private)
study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, And this study has followed a descriptive analytical and experimental method and classification and data analysis using descriptive by issue and percentages and arithmetic mean and standard deviation, and the analytical approach through Alpha Cronbach , test T.test,  count analysis of variance One Way Anova, Correlatio correlation coefficients using the Pearson equation And the mid-segmentation test using the Spearman-Brown equations and Gtmann to calculate the consistency of a questionnaire and several tools were used by the researchers, namely a general data questionnaire, a knowledge management questionnaire that included three dimensions (knowledge acquisition and sharing of knowledge and application of knowledge), a developmental skills questionnaire which included four axes which are (self-management skill - the skill of taking Decision and critical thinking - the skill to communicate and deal with others - the skill to Stress management The field study sample included 310 male and female students from the university’s youth in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and the neighboring villages. The sample was chosen in a purpose and Intentional way, as it is required to be in the university stage and from different social and economic levels,Among the most important results of the research were the presence of a positive correlation statistically significant between the university youth administration of knowledge and development skills, the presence of a positive correlation statistically significant between both knowledge acquisition and the educational level of the father, the presence of a positive correlation relationship statistically significant between both the self-management skill and the educational level of the mother And monthly income. There are statistically significant differences between the averages of university youth degrees in the total knowledge resource management for male university youth. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was interest in preparing practical decisions based on activities that develop the thinking of university students and develop their skills, attitudes and tendencies and include developmental attitudes, which in turn qualify the learner to continue in life and adapt to its continuing requirements.
