تقييم مظهرية القماش المضاف على بعض أنواع أقمشة الملابس قبل وبعد عمليات الغسيل

يعتبر أسلوب إضافة الأقمشة على الملابس بغرض إکسابها بعض الخواص الجمالية من أقدم الطرق استخداما فى زخرفة الملابس وقد أصبح هذا الأسلوب من أکثر أساليب زخرفة الملابس شيوعا فى الآونة الأخيرة. وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة قياس الخواص الجمالية( کرمشه الوصلات) لبعض أنواع الأقمشة المنتشر استخدامها فى الأسواق المحلية .بغرض مساعدة  منتجي الملابس على اختيار أفضل أنواع هذه الأقمشة.
وقد کانت هذه الأقمشة هى : أقمشة منسوجة ( ساده – مبرد - أطلس) وأقمشة تريکو( سنجل جيرسى – بيکيه- دربى – ميلتون) ، وقد تم تنفذ (59) عينه تشتمل على:
-        أقمشة تريکو/ أقمشة تريکو فى نفس الاتجاه  (صفوف مع صفوف) (أعمده مع أعمده) .
-        أقمشة تريکو / أقمشة تريکو فى الاتجاه المخالف ( أعمده مع  صفوف)
-        أقمشة تريکو / أقمشة منسوجة فى نفس الاتجاه ( أعمده مع سداء ) (صفوف مع لحمه )
-        قمشة تريکو / أقمشة منسوجة فى الاتجاه المخالف( صفوف مع سداء ) (أعمده مع لحمه )
-        أقمشة منسوجة / أقمشة منسوجة فى نفس الاتجاه ( سداء مع سداء ) (لحمه مع لحمه )
-        أقمشة منسوجة / أقمشة منسوجة فى الاتجاه المخالف (لحمه مع سداء )
وقد أخذت تسع قراءات لکل عينه من العينات السابقة قبل الغسيل وبعد الغسيل لعدد (10) دورات غسيل  ورصدت القراءات فى جداول وتمت عليها المعاملات الإحصائية لإيجاد :
1-   متوسطات درجات التحکيم للعينات قبل وبعد الغسيل.
2-   تأثير عمليات الغسيل على العينات موضع الدراسة.
3-   تأثير تغيير اتجاه القماش على الخواص الجمالية.
وبعد إجراء المعاملات الإحصائية توصلت الدراسة إلى: عينات التريکو / تريکو قد جاءت الأفضل فى الخواص الجمالية قبل وبعد الغسيل سواء کانت فى نفس الاتجاه أو فى الاتجاه المخالف يليها عينات التريکو / نسيج فى نفس الاتجاه ثم جاءت عينات النسيج / نسيج.فى الاتجاه المخالف اقل العينات ترتيبا فى الخواص الجمالية.
 
Abstract:
 
   The method of added the textiles to some clothes in order to give it some of the aesthetic properties is considers one of the oldest methods used in decorating clothes.
   This method became one of the most common methods to decorate clothes in the recent time, this study has tried to measure aesthetic properties (links crease) to some kind of fabrics which are widespread use in local markets in order to help producers the clothes to choose the best kind of these fabrics.

These fabrics were:

1-      woven fabrics (plain weave – twill weave – satin weave)
2-      knitting fabrics (single jersey – pique – rib – Melton)

It has been achieved in (59) sample contain on:

1-      knitting textiles / knitting textiles: in the same direction (course with course) (wale with wale)
2-      knitting textiles / knitting textiles: in the opposite direction (course with wale)
3-      knitting textiles / woven textiles: in the same direction (wale with warp) (course with weft)
4-      knitting textiles / knitting textiles: in the opposite direction (course with warp) (wale with weft)
5-      woven textiles / woven textiles: in the same direction (warp with warp) (weft with weft)
6-      woven textiles / woven textiles: in the opposite direction (weft with warp) .
  Then we took (9) reading of each one of the previous samples before and after washing for (10) washing times (laundry rounds), then these reading have recorded in a table, next the statistical treatments had done to make:
1-      The averages of arbitration scores of samples before and after washing
2-      Effect of washing processes on the samples of study
3-      Effect of changing the textile direction on the aesthetic properties

After the statistical treatments had done the study got to   :

1-      Samples of knitting / knitting came as the best of the aesthetic properties before and after washing , weather in the same direction or the opposite direction
2-      Then, the sample of knitting/woven in the same direction
3-      Next, the sample of woven / woven in the opposite direction was the less samples in the aesthetic properties the arrangement.
