اتجاهات الزوج نحو تقويم أداء الزوجة لمسئولياتها الأسرية وأثرها على دافعيتها للإنجاز

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على إتجاهات الزوج نحو تقويم أداء الزوجة لمسئولياتها الأسرية وأثرها على دافعيتها للإنجاز. أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية قوامها (407) زوجة من العاملات وغير العاملات، ولديها طفل واحد على الأقل، ومن مستويات إجتماعية وإقتصادية مختلفة من المقيمات بمحافظات القاهرة الکبرى. طبق عليهن إستمارة البيانات العامة، مقياس إتجاهات الزوج نحو تقويم أداء الزوجة لمسئولياتها الأسرية، ومقياس دافعية الزوجة للإنجاز (إعداد الباحثتان)، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى.
   وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود تباين دال احصائيًا فى کل من إتجاهات الزوج نحو تقويم أداء الزوجة لمسئولياتها الأسرية ودافعيتها للإنجاز تبعًا لبعض متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعى والاقتصادى. کذلک وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائيًا عند مستوى 0.01 بين إتجاهات الزوج نحو تقويم أداء الزوجة لمسئولياتها الأسرية و دافعيتها للإنجاز ، کما أوضحت أن إتجاهات الزوج نحو تحسين أداء الزوجة لمسئولياتها الأسرية هي أکثر العوامل تأثيرًا وتفسيرًا لنسبة التباين في دافعية الزوجة للإنجاز، يليها تأثير مهنة الزوجة ثم تعليم الزوجة 
The research is aiming at defining the husband's attitudes in relation to evaluating his wife's performance of her familial responsibilities and its effect on her achievement motive.
 The study was carried out on exclusive sample comprising 407 working and non-working wives, and has one child at least, and they are from different socioeconomic statuses, residents in greater Cairo. They were subjected to the general information form, the scale of the husband's attitudes in relation to evaluating his wife's performance of her familial responsibilities and the scale of  the wife's achievement motive (prepared by the two researchers). The research adopted the analytical descriptive methodology.
The study revealed the existence of sadistically significant variance on the significance level of 0.01, of each of the husband's attitudes in relation to evaluating his wife's performance of her familial responsibilities and the wife's achievement motive according to the variables of socioeconomic statuses. Also the research results revealed the existence of statistically significant  positive correlation on the significance level of 0.01 between the husband's attitudes in relation to evaluating his wife's performance of  her familial responsibilities and  the wife's achievement motive . The research results, showed that the husband's attitudes in relation to improving the wife's performance of  her  familial responsibilities, followed by the wife's occupation,then the wife's education are considered the more interpretative factors of the wife's achievement motive variability.
