اتجاه خريجات کلية الفنون والتصميم الداخلي نحو إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح

      تهدف هذه الدراسة الى. الکشف عن تأثير  متغيرات الدراسة على اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة  (وعي الخريجات بأهمية المشروعات الصغيرة, مستوى إدراک الخريجات لإسهامات الدولة والمجتمع والأسرة في دفعهم نحو إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة  , ادراک الخريجات لاهم الصفات اللازمة لإدارة المشروع الصغير).بالاضافة الى التعرف على تاثير متغيرات الدراسة على مستوى الطموح لدى الخريجات والتوصل الى طبيعة العلاقة بين اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح لديهن. والتعرف على العلاقة بين کل من اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح بمتغيرات الدراسة.
     ولتحقيق أهداف البحث صممت استمارة استبيان تتضمن : استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة , استبيان اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة  ,استبيان مستوى الطموح, وتم تطبيق الاستمارة على عينة من طالبات کلية الفنون والتصميم الداخلي  قوامها (180) طالبة من مختلف المستويات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي .
وکان من أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي :
1-      توجد فروق في متوسط درجات افراد العينة في اتجاه الخريجات نحوادارة المشروعات الصغيرة تبعا للتخصص لصالح طالبات  قسم السکن وادارة المنزل ، توجد فروق في متوسط درجات افراد العينة في اتجاه الخريجات نحوادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح  تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لصالح الطالبات  الغير متزوجات ، توجد فروق في متوسط درجات افراد العينة في اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح تبعا لمتغير عدد افراد الاسرة  لصالح الابناء الذين ينتمون الى اسر عددها من ( 3الى 5 ) افراد ، توجد فروق في متوسط درجات افراد العينة في اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح  تبعا لمتغير تعليم الام والاب  لصالح ابناء الاباء والامهات ذوي التعليم المرتفع ، توجد فروق في متوسط درجات افراد العينة في اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح  تبعا لمتغير عمل الاب لصالح ابناء الاباء العاملين في القطاع الخاص ، توجد فروق في متوسط درجات افراد العينة في اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح  تبعا لمتغير الدخل الشهري لصالح الدخل الشهري المرتفع ، توجد فروق في متوسط درجات افراد العينة في اتجاه الخريجات نحو ادارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومستوى الطموح  تبعا لمتغير عمل الام لصالح ابناءالامهات العاملات .
2- توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.01 ) بين محاور استبيان اتجاه الخريجات نحو إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة واستبيان الطموح .
3- توجود علاقة ارتباطية طرديه ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى معنوية ( 0.01 ، 0.05 ) بين معظم محاور استبيان اتجاه الخريجات نحو إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة واستبيان الطموح وبعض متغيرات الدراسة
اهم التوصيات :
1-      إعداد المواد التعليمية المناسبة التى تهدف لخلق القاعدة المعرفية والمهارات اللازمة المرتبطة بتنمية العمل الحر
2-     تدريب المعلمين والأکاديميين على کيفية استخدام العلوم التي يدرسونها في توليد الأفکار للمشروعات الصغيرة.
3-     إقامة محاضرات وندوات تثقيفية في الجامعات والکليات المختلفة لعرض التسهيلات التي تقدمها الدولة للراغبات من الخريجات في إقامة مشروعات صغيرة .
   This study aims to detect the impact of variables of the study on the direction of the graduates toward the management of small projects (the awareness of female graduates of the importance of small projects, the level of remedy graduates of the contributions of the State, society and family in pushing them toward the management of small projects, recognize the graduates of the most important qualities needed to manage small-scale project) as well as to identify at study the impact of variables on the level of ambition at graduates and reach to the nature of the relationship between the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and the level of ambition to have and to identify the relationship between the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and the level of ambition variables of the study.
   To achieve the objectives of the research is designed questionnaire include: the form of general statements of the family, questionnaire trend graduates to manage small projects, survey the level of ambition, the application form was on the sample of students from the Faculty of Arts and interior design strength (180 students) from different levels of economic, social and search used the descriptive method analytical.
The most important results of the study is to me: -
1- There are differences in the average marks of the sample in the direction of the graduates to manage small projects depending on the specialty for the benefit of students of Department of Housing and house management.
2 - There are differences in the average marks of the sample in the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and the level of ambition according to the variable of marital status for unmarried students.
3 - There are differences in the average marks of the sample in the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and depending on the level of ambition for a variable number of family members for the benefit of children who belong to the families of the number (3-5) members
4 - There are differences in the average marks of the sample in the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and the level of ambition according to the variable of the father and mother's education for the children of parents with high education.
5 - There are differences in the average marks of the sample in the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and the level of ambition for a variable depending on the work of the father for the children of working parents in the private sector.
6 - There are differences in the average marks of the sample in the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and the level of ambition depending on monthly income for the benefit of high monthly income.
7 - There are differences in the average marks of the sample in the direction of the graduates to manage small projects and the level of ambition for a variable factor depending on the mother for the children of working mothers.
8 – There is correlation positive by statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between the axes of the direction of graduate questionnaire about the Small Business Administration and a questionnaire ambition.
9 –There is  correlation positive by statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01 n 0.05) between the axes of most of the questionnaire about the direction of graduates Small Business Administration and a questionnaire ambition and some variables of the study.
The most important recommendations:
1 - Preparation of appropriate teaching materials which aim to create a knowledge base and skills related to work-free.
2 - Training of teachers and academics on how to use the science they study in the generation of ideas for small projects.
3 - Establishing educational lectures and seminars at universities and colleges offer various facilities provided by the State of the graduates are willing to establish small businesses.
