يعد العمل التطوعي بيئة خصبة للقيادات الشابة وبمثابة تجربة لخطط وأفکار جديدة توسع من مدرکاتهم الحياتية وتجعلهم أکثر کفاءة وقدرة علي ريادة حياتهم المستقبلية، وانطلاقا من ذلک هدف البحث إلي دراسة فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي المعد لتنمية الوعي بإدارة العمل التطوعي وعلاقته بتوجه الشباب الجامعي نحو الريادة المستقبلية، وتم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة الأساسية (استمارة البيانات الأولية، استبيان الوعي بإدارة العمل التطوعي، استبيان التوجه للريادة المستقبلية) علي عينة غرضية صدفية قوامها (240) شاب وشابة من طلاب جامعة الزقازيق، کما طبقت أدوات الدراسة التجريبية (برنامج إرشادي لتنمية الوعي بإدارة العمل التطوعي) علي عينة عمدية بلغ قوامها 30 من الشباب ذوي الوعي المنخفض والمتوسط بإدارة العمل التطوعي، وباتباع المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي- التجريبي، وإجراء المعالجات الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج (Spss.)، وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج کان أهمها: 
أن الغالبية العظمى من الشباب ذو وعي منخفض ومتوسط بإدارة العمل التطوعي بنسبة 97.6%، کما کان لديهم توجهاً ريادياً أيضاً منخفضاً ومتوسطاً بنسبة بلغت96.8%، کما اتضح وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين وعي الشباب بإدارة العمل التطوعي بمحاوره والتوجه للريادة المستقبلية بمحاورها، کما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الشباب في الوعي بإدارة العمل التطوعي ببعض محاوره تبعاً للجنس لصالح الإناث، لدخل الأسرة لصالح المنخفض، کما تبين أن متغير مدة ممارسة العمل التطوعي هو الأکثر تأثيراً في تفسير التباين في توجه الشباب للريادة المستقبلية، کما اتضح وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات الشباب عينة الدراسة التجريبية في الوعي بإدارة العمل التطوعي بمحاوره قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج" لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
 وقد أوصت الدراسة بانشاء الجامعات وحدة للعمل التطوعي بهدف تنظيم التواصل الخيري مع المجتمع وفئاته، کذلک نشر البرنامج المعد على المواقع الإلکترونية الخاصة بالکليات والجامعات المصرية، تضمين مقرر إدارة العمل التطوعي ضمن المقررا ت الدراسية بالکليات المختلفة.

Abstract
The Effectiveness Of A Guidance Program To Develop The Awareness With The Volunteer Work Management And Its Relationship To The University Youth's’orientation Towards The Future Entrepreneurship
 
The volunteer work is a fertile environment for the young leaders. It is considered an experiment for new plans and ideas that expand their perceptions in life and make them more efficient and able to lead their future lives. Based on that, the research aimed to study the effectiveness of the guidance program prepared to develop awareness with the volunteer work management and its relationship to the university students ’orientation towards the entrepreneurship for the future life. The basic study tools (preliminary data form, the questionnaire of the awareness with the volunteer work management, the questionnaire of the orientation to entrepreneurship of the future life) were applied to a random objective sample of 240 male and female students at Zagazig University. Also, the experimental study tools (a guidance program for developing awareness of the volunteer work management) were applied to a intentional sample of 30 male and female students with a low and a medium awareness with the management of the volunteer work, following the descriptive and analytical-experimental approaches, and conducting the statistical treatments using the program (Spss.). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were:
The vast majority of students have a low and medium awareness with the volunteer work management, at a rate of 97.6%, and they also had a low and medium entrepreneurship orientation with a rate of 96.8%. It was also evident that there is a positive statistically significant correlation between students ’awareness with the volunteer work management with its axes and the orientation to the entrepreneurship in the future life with its axes. Also, there were statistically significant differences between students in awareness with the volunteer work management in some of its axes according to gender in favor of females, according to the family’s income in favor of the lowest. it was also found that the variable of the duration of the volunteer work is the most influential in explaining the variation in students ’tendency to lead the future life. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students, who are the experimental study sample, in awareness with the volunteer work management with its axes before and after the application of the program in favor of the post application.
The study recommended that universities have to establish a unit for the volunteer work with the aim of organizing the charitable communication with society and its categories, as well as publishing the prepared program on the websites of Egyptian colleges and universities, and implying the volunteer work management course within the academic curriculums of the various colleges, and including it among the graduation requirements.
