إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بتحقيق تميز أداء مؤسسات رعاية المسنين والمساندة الاجتماعية المدرکه لهم

هدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وکل من تحقيق تميز أداء مؤسسات رعاية المسنين والمساندة الاجتماعية المدرکه لهم، وتوضيح تأثير إدارة المعرفة على کل من تحقيق تميز أداء مؤسسات رعاية المسنين والمساندة الاجتماعية المدرکه لهم. وتمثلت أدوات البحث فى استمارة البيانات العامة، إستبيان إدارة المعرفة، إستبيان تميز أداء مؤسسات رعاية المسنين، إستبيان المساندة الاجتماعية المدرکة للمسنين. وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة من: العاملين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية للمسنين والتى بلغ عددها (44) موظف، وعينة من المسنين المقيمين بهذة المؤسسات والتى بلغ عددها(72) مسن، بمحافظة الغربية. ولقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية غرضية. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى.
    وکان من أهم النتائج: وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة وکل من تحقيق تميز أداء مؤسسات رعاية المسنين والمساندة الاجتماعية المدرکه لهم عند مستوى معنوية 0.01، کما وجد تأثير دال إحصائياً لإدارة المعرفة على کل من تحقيق تميز أداء مؤسسات رعاية المسنين والمساندة الاجتماعية المدرکه لهم عند مستوى معنوية0.001 و 0.01. توصيات البحث: تفعيل ممارسات إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها وکذلک تميز الأداء فى مؤسسات رعاية المسنين بالمستوى الذى يضمن تحسين المساندة الاجتماعية المدرکة لهم . الکلمات المفتاحية: إدارة المعرفة، تميز الأداء، مؤسسات رعاية المسنين، المساندة الاجتماعية المدرکة.
  
Abstract
      The objective of this study is Studying the relationship between Knowledge management and both of achieving the Excellence performance of the elderly care institutions and perceived social support for them, Explain the effect  of knowledge management on both achieving the Excellence of the performance of the institutions for the care of the elderly and the perceived social support for them. The study tools ncluded: the general data form, questionnaire of Knowledge management, questionnaire of Excellence performance of the elderly care institutions and questionnaire of perceived social support The research was applied on a sample of the employees in elderly care institutions which reached (44) employe, and anther sample of the elderly residing in these institutions which reached (72) elderly, in Gharbia Governorate. Which selected in Coincidence purpose way. The research followed the analytical descriptive method.
      The most important result: There was a positive correlation relationship with statistically significant between knowledge management and each of achieving excellence in the performance of institutions for the care of the elderly and social support perceived to them at the level of significance 0.01, also found a statistically significant effect of knowledge management on both achieving the excellence of the performance of institutions for the care of the elderly and social support perceived to them at the level of significance 0 .01 and 0.01.Research Recommendations: Activating knowledge management practices in their dimensions, as well as distinguishing performance in the institutions for the care of the elderly at a level that ensures the improvement of perceived social support.
