أثر تطوير بعض متغيرات الإنتاج على خفض زمن تشغيل البنطلون الرجالي

تعتبر صناعة الملابس الجاهزة من الصناعات الإنتاجية التي تتطلب تطويراً مستمراً في جميع مراحلها حتى يمکنها تحسين قدراتها التنافسية . من أجل ذلک تبذل مصانع الملابس الجاهزة جهوداَ ضخمة في تخطيط وتنسيق خطوط إنتاجها کي تحقق أعلى قدر من الإنتاجية في أقل زمن ممکن وبأقل تکلفة ممکنة مع التأکيد على عنصر الجودة فزيادة الإنتاجية تعني زيادة حجم وکمية الإنتاج من المنتجات بالنسبة للوحدة الزمنية للعمل وبأقل ما يمکن من التکاليف وذلک من خلال الاستغلال الأمثل  للموارد المتاحة والحصول علي أقصي العوائد من هذه الموارد  وقد هدفت الدراسة إلي :

التعرف علي أثر بعض التعديلات على ماکينات الحياکة لخفض زمن العملية وتحسين إنتاجية خط إنتاج البنطلون الرجالي.
تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من الماکينات المتاحة بقسم التشغيل .
زيادة الإنتاجية بما يحقق الاستغناء عن ساعات العمل الإضافية لإنهاء الطلبية في الوقت المحدد .
تخفيض الإجهاد الواقع على العامل نتيجة الحرکات الزائدة التي يقوم بها لإنهاء العمل .

 وکانت عينة البحث عبارة عن خط لإنتاج البنطلون الرجالي بأحد مصانع تصدير الملابس التي تعتمد في تخطيط الماکينات داخل خط الإنتاج على نظام الأقسام sections”" , وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الزيارات الميدانية واستمارة تحليل العمل التي تم تصميمها للتعرف على الأزمنة القبلية والبعدية لعمليات الإنتاج داخل أقسام الخط .
وأسفرت النتائج عن فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي أزمنة إنتاج البنطلون الرجالي للعمليات التي تم تطويرها في الأقسام الأربع ( الأجزاء الصغيرة – الخلف – الأمام – التجميع ) لصالح التطبيق البعدي .

OF THE MEN S TROUSERS
 
Ready-made garments is one of the production of industries that require a continuous development in all stages to improve its competitiveness. For that ready-made garment factories do a considerable efforts in planning and coordinating the production lines to achieve the highest level of productivity in the least time possible and with the least possible costs, with an emphasis on quality. Increasing productivity means increasing the size and quantity of production of products for the work time unit and with the least possible cost and through the optimal use of available resources and obtain the maximum returns from these resources.   study aiming to:

identify the impact of some amendments to the sewing machines to reduce the processing time and improve the productivity of the production line of men's pants.
to make the maximum utilization of available machinery in the operating department .
increasing productivity so as to Releasing the additional work hours to finish order on time.
 reducing the stress on the operator as a result of excessive movements which he does to finish his work.

  The research sample was a production line of men's pants of one of the export garments factories, which depends on sections systems in  machinery planning. data were collected through field visits and a form of work analysis that have been designed to identify the time-before and-after of the production processes within the departments line.
The results yielded a statistical function for the difference between the average of the men's pants production time in the for sections (small parts - back - front - assembly) for the after application.
