مقارنة بين الطريقة المسطحة والمجسمة في الحصول على الباترون الأساسي وعلاقته بخواص أقمشة التريکو

     يهدف البجث الى إيجاد العلاقة بين الخواص الطبيعية والميکانيکية لأقمشة التريکو المختارة وبين الطريقتين المسطحة تبعا لطريقة ألدريش المحبک الخاص بأقمشة التريکو والمجسمة بالتشکيل على المانيکان للحصول على الباترون الأساسي المستخدم عند الضبط من جهة الأمام , الخلف , الجنب , وفي الشکل العام من ناحية الإتساع , الإنسدال , الإتزان , الراحة  
     حدود البحث عبارة عن ثلاثة أقمشة هي :  تريکو جرسيه  قطن 100% . تريکو ريب 1/1  قطيفة بولي استر . تريکو ريب 1/1 بولي استر . وقد أجريت الاختبارات المعملية للأ قمشة بالمرکز القومي للبحوث لتحديد الخصائص التالية
أ - الخواص الطبيعية  من حيث ( الترکيب النسجي – نوع الخامة – نمرة الخيط –طول الغرزة – معامل الإحکام – عدد الغرز(الصفوف ) – عدد الغرز ( في الأعمدة ) – کثافة الغرز في / سم )
ب - الخواص الميکانيکية من حيث ( الترکيب النسجي – نوع الخامة – قوة الإنفجار – معامل الإنسدال – الإنکماش في اتجاه الأعمدة – الإنکماش في اتجاه الصفوف  ) .
     استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المقارن و المنهج التجريبي . و کانت عينة البحث عينة عمدية : من ذوات الخبرة في مجال الملابس والنسيج وعددهن ( 10 )
     ومن أهم نتائج البحث ) وجود علاقة ارتباط بين الخواص الطبيعية (معامل الإحکام ، عدد الغرز (الصفوف) ، عدد الغرز في الأعمدة ، کثافة الغرز) ،  والخواص الميکانيکية (قوة الانفجار ، معامل الانسدال ، الانکماش في اتجاه الأعمدة ، الانکماش في اتجاه الصفوف) ، وکلا من الانسدال والاتزان والراحة والشکل العام لکلا من أقمشة التريکو المختارة (جرسية - ريب 1/1 قطيفة بولي استر – ريب 1/1صناعي بولي استر) عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 ، 0.05 ، فنجد أن الجرسية کان أفضل الأقمشة يليه ريب 1/1صناعي بولي استر , ثم ريب 1/1 قطيفة بولي استر . ومن أهم التوصيات
1-     الاهتمام بتقويم النماذج التى تدرس بالمقررات الدراسية بقسم الملابس والنسيج بصفة مستمرة والتأکد من مطابقتها للأجسام المختلفة .
2-    ضرورة إجراء أبحاث مشابهة تهتم بتعديل النماذج المستخدمة فى صناعة الملابس الجاهزة.
3-     تعاون المصانع مع المؤسسات الأکاديمية فى مجال تخصص الملابس والنسيج للاستفادة من التجارب والبحوث العلمية وتطبيقها عمليا.
 
The research aims to find a relationship between the mechanical and physical properties of knitted fabrics and the methods selected according to how flat buckle Aldrich Special fabrics tricot, three-dimensional formation on the mannequin for Pattern basic settings from the user when the forward, backward, pleura, and in general form in terms of widening, prolapse, equilibrium, comfort .
      The study was conducted on three fabrics are: bell, knitted 100% cotton. Knitting Reap 1-1 plush polyester. Knitting Reap 1-1 Polly Esther. The laboratory tests were carried out Lalla Neshan the National Center for Research to determine the following properties:-
A - in terms of physical properties (weave installation - the type of raw material - thread yarns - stitch length - factor conditions - the number of stitches (rows) - the number of stitches (in columns) - The density of the stitches / cm) .
B - in terms of mechanical properties (weave installation - the type of raw material - the power of the explosion - factor prolapse - contraction in the direction of the columns - contraction in the direction of rows).
     The researcher used the descriptive method of comparative and experimental approach. Research sample and the sample were intentional: from women with experience in the field of garments, textile and numbers (10).
     The most important results of research and there is a correlation between physical properties (coefficient tightened, the number of stitches in rows, the number of stitches in the columns, the density of stitches), and mechanical properties (force of the blast, coefficient of prolapse, contraction in the direction of the columns, the contraction in the direction of rows), each of prolapse, balance, comfort and general form for both knitting fabrics selected (bell - RIB 1-1 plush polyester - RIB 1-1 Industrial Polyester) at the level of significance of 0.01, 0.05, and found that the bell was followed by doubt, the best fabrics 1-1 Industrial Polyester, and then Reap 1-1 plush polyester.
     The study recommended the assessment of attention models that examine the curriculum, Department of Textiles and Clothing ongoing basis and to ensure compliance with the various objects. And also the need for similar research interest in modifying the models used in the manufacture of garments. It also recommended the need for cooperation with academic institutions and factories in the area of specialty clothing and textiles to benefit from the experience and scientific research and practical application.
