تکنولوجيا تصنيع الحقائب المدرسية للاطفال
يهدف البحث الحالى إلى تحليل مراحل تصميم وإعداد النماذج " الباترونات" للحقائب المدرسية للأطفال، والتعرف علي أهم الأساليب العلمية الحديثة المستخدمة في صناعة الحقائب المدرسية , وإبراز أنواع الخامات الأساسية والمساعدة وکذلکالماکينات المستخدمة فى صناعة الحقائب المدرسية , ودراسة أسس ومراحل تصنيع الحقائب المدرسية , وتحليل لأهم المشکلات والصعوبات التي تواجه صناعة الحقيبة المدرسية وتحد من قدرتها علي المنافسة , وقد قامت الباحثتان بتنفيذ اربع نماذج من الحقائب المدرسية راعت فيها الباحثتان المتطلبات الفنية والوظيفية للتعرف على أهم مراحل وخطوات تصنيع الحقائب المدرسية موضحهً الاساليب الصناعية المتبعة في تصنيعها.
وتکونت عينة البحث من (10) مصانع وورش إنتاج الحقائب المدرسية للاطفال بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة لتطبيق الدراسة الميدانية.
کما إشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة استبيان موجهه لأصحاب مصانع الحقائب المدرسية بهدف التعرف علي مراحل تصنيع وإنتاج الحقائب المدرسية وأساليب وتقنيات تشغيلها ، والمشاکل والصعوبات التي تواجه هذة الصناعة , وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية عن ما يلى :
1- بالنسبة لنوع الخامات المستخدمة کخامات رئيسية لإنتاج حقائب المدرسية أن المشمعات (الشانتيل) أو(الووتربروف) احتلت المرکز الأول کخامة رئيسية في تصنيع الحقائب المدرسية, والأقمشة ( الدک ) تحتل المرکز الثاني ، اما بالنسبة للخامات المساعدة من التقوية والحشو فاحتل الدوبلکس والکرتون المرکز الأول ، ومن أقمشة البطانات يتم استخدام البطانة من الووتربروف أو الستان, اما عن خيوط الحياکة فيتم استخدام الخيوط المستوردة المصنعة من البولي استر أو النايلون  والذى يتراوح سمکها ما بين 3 : 12 فتلة تبعاً لنوعية الخامة المستخدمة .
2- بالنسبة لأنواع الماکينات المستخدمة في إنتاج الحقائب المدرسية ، فيتم استخدام ماکينة الحياکة المسطحة وماکينة الحياکة ذات الذراع الاسطوانية مع اضافة بعض الملحقات الميکانيکية لتسهيل أداء بعض عمليات الانتاج.
3- ومن أهم المشاکل والصعوبات التي تواجه تصنيع وإنتاج الحقائب المدرسية عدم وجود مصممين متخصصين في تصميم الحقائب في مصر، العمالة الغير ماهرة والغير مدربة، عدم وجود إدارة صيانة للماکينات لنقص الفنيين المتخصصين، عدم وجود صناعات محلية مغذية لصناعة الحقائب مما يؤدي إلي استيراد جميع مستلزمات الإنتاج من الخارج، رکود السوق الداخلي والخارجي، دخول المنتجات الأجنبية المهربة بسعر رخيص , مع عرض بعض الحلول لاهم هذه المشکلات.
 


Summary
Manufacturing technology of childrens’ school bags
 
The current research aims at analyzing the stages of Pattern design of school bags, knowing the most modern scientific methods used in the manufacture of school  bags  And  highlight the types of basic and assistance materials , as well as machinery used in the manufacture of school bags and studying the principles and stages of manufacture of school bags , analyzing the most important problems and difficulties faced the industry which limiting their ability to engage in competition Implementation of four models of children’s school bags , which take into account the technical and functional requirements to identify it’s most important stages and steps to illustrate industrial methods for manufacturing.
The sample consisted of 10 factories and workshops producing school bags for children in Cairo, Giza in the field study.
The research tool  directed at the owners of school bags factories in order to identify the stages of manufacture and production of school bags , methods and techniques , and the problems and difficulties faced  the industry which limiting the progress and prosperity.
The most important results :
1 – chantel or  waterprof are mainly used for the production of bags school that ranked first place mainly used in the manufacture of school bags , fabrics such as al duk tack second place in production of school bags ,duplexes has taken first place as an assistant material, and waterprof and artificial silk or satin  are used as  lining material  , knitting yarns are manufactured using imported threads of polyester or nylon and the thickness ranges between 3:12 crank depending on the quality of the raw material used.
2 - flat knitting machine and knitting machine with a cylindrical arm used in the school bags production ,  adding  some mechanical accessories , to facilitate the performance of some production processes .
3 - One of the main problems and difficulties faced  the manufacturing and production of school bags ,the lack of designers in Egypt , labor unskilled and untrained , lack of maintenance management of machines , because of the lack of professional technicians , lack of local industries nutritious for the manufacture of bags , leading to  import of all production requirements from outside, the stagnation of internal and external market , the entry of smuggled foreign products at a cheap price ,the reseach present most important solutions to these problems .
