فاعلية تطبيق برنامج تدريبي لجليس المسن بأساليب الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إعداد وتنفيذ وتقييم فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية وعي ومهارات واتجاهات جليس المسن باساليب الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن. اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى والمنهج التجريبي، تکونت عينة الدراسة التجريبية من (21) مفردة من حملة الشهادات العليا والمتوسطة القاطنين بمحافظة القاهرة الکبرى، طبق عليهم استمارة بيانات العامة، مقياس الوعي باساليب الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن، بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات أداء جليس المسن، استبيان الاتجاه نحو الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن ومتطلباتها، برنامج تدريبي لجليس المسن بأساليب الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن من إعداد الباحثتين
وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن مستوى الوعي باساليب الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن متوسط، وذلک بنسبة 68.62%، کذلک وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.5- 0.01) قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي المعد في الوعي باساليب الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن، بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات أداء جليس المسن، استبيان الاتجاه نحو الرعاية المنزلية المتکاملة للمسن ومتطلباتها، وذلک لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
 
Abstract
This research aims to preparate, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the application of  Training program for developing the awareness, skills and attitudes of elderly sitter with methods of  integrated home care for the elderly. The research adopted the analytical descriptive and the experimental methodologies, experimental study sample consisted of (21) individual of higher education and medium-sized residing the Greater Cairo governorate, The application of the general data on them form, A questionnaire of awareness of the methods of integrated home care for the elderly, Note card performance elderly sitter skills, A questionnaire of the attitude  towards the integrated home care for the elderly, A training program for elderly sitter methods of integrated home care for the elderly prepared by the researchers.
The results of the study showed that the level of awareness of the methods of integrated home care for the elderly average with a rate of 68.68%. and showed a  statistically significant differences  at the level of significance (0.05- 0.01) between the mean scores of experimental research sample in ( the awareness of the methods of integrated home care for the elderly, Note card performance sitter elderly skills, The attitude towards the integrated home care for the elderly favoring of the post application of the programe.
