هدف البحث الحالى الى دراسة أثر البيئة التدريبية بمصانع صباغة الأقمشة والمنسوجات على خريجى کليات الاقتصاد المنزلى قسم الملابس والنسيج , تحديد مواصفات البيئة التدريبية بمصانع صباغة الاقمشة والمنسوجات . قياس اثر البيئة التدريبية بمصانع صباغة الاقمشة والمنسوجات على خريجى الاقتصاد المنزلى قسم الملابس والنسيج باستخدام مقياس قبلى / بعدى. وقد شملت أدوات البحث على : مقياس قبلى /بعدى للبيئة التدريبية بصانع صباغة الأقمشة والمنسوجات وأثره على خريجى کليات الاقتصاد المنزلى تخصص الملابس والنسيج ". وبعد تطبيق القياس القبلى / البعدى على عينة البحث , وتطبيق أدوات البحث تطبيقا قبلي / بعدي وتجميع البيانات تم حساب المتوسط الحسابى والإنحراف المعيارى وقيمة "ت" لاستخلاص نتائج البحث وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج من أبرزها : "وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطى درجات القياس القبى /البعدى حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابى للقياس البعدى 98.75 بينما بلغ المتوسط الحسابى للقياس القبلى 84.83 وبلغت قيمة "ت"3.46 وهى قيمة دالة احصائيا عند مستوى دالة 0.05 ممايوکد على وجود فروق بين متوسطى درجات القياس القبلى /البعدى لصالح البعدى . ويوصى البحث الحالى فى ضوء النتائج التى توصل إليها إلى توفير بيئة صالحة للتدريب بمصانع صباغة الاقمشة والمنسوجات , متابعة نتائج اثر البيئة التدريبية على المتدربين اثناء التدريب و بعد الانتهاء من التدريب, مراعاة الخدمات التى تساعد على توفير البيئة التديبية الصالحة للتدريب , الاهتمام بالبيئة التدريبية ضمن برنامج التدريب وخاصة بمصانع صباغة الاقمشة والمنسوجات.
 


Abstract
In dying factories of textiles on home economic calleges of clothing and textile department
 
The aim of this research is to study the effect of training environment in dyeing fabrics and textiles factories on graduates of the faculties of home economics department of clothing and textiles, determine the specifications of the training environment in dyeing factories of fabrics and textiles. Measuring the effect of the training environment in dyeing factories of textiles and textiles on the graduates of home economics and clothing department using a tribal / post scale . The research tools included: a tribal / post scale for the training environment in the textile and textile dyeing industry and its impact on graduates of the faculties of home economics specializing in clothing and textile. After applying the pre / post measurement on the research sample and applying the research tools before and after the application and compiling the data, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation and the value of "T" were calculated to extract the search results. The mean of the telemetry was 98.75 while the mean of the tribal measurement was 84.83 and the value of "T" was 3.46, which is statistically significant at the level of 0.05, which shows the differences between the mean of the pre / post measurement in favor of the dimension. The current research is recommended in the light of its findings to provide a suitable environment for training in dyeing factories of fabrics and textiles, follow up the results of the impact of the training environment on the trainees during training and after the completion of training, taking into account the services that help to provide a suitable training environment, attention to the training environment within the program Training, especially dyeing factories for fabrics and textiles.
