تصميم وتنفيذ زي "اللاب کوت"  للعاملات في جمعية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة
 
 
     يعتبر اللاب کوت أحد أنواع الزي الموحد ، وهذا النوع من الملابس يختص بالمستشفيات والقطاعات الطبية والمختبرية ، لأنه يحمي الملابس  أثناء العمل ، وأيضا لإضفاء مظهر المهنية ، وقد تجاوز الرداء الأبيض "اللاب کوت" حدود المستشفى وبات يظهر بکثافة في المجمعات التجارية والمقاهي والمطاعم وفي الدوائر الحکومية وبعض القطاعات الخاصة أحيانا وفي مختلف الأوقات .
 
يهدف البحث الي :
1-      تحديد المشکلات الحاصلة التي تواجه العاملات في جمعية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الزي "اللاب کوت" الحالي . 
2-      عمل تصاميم جديدة ومتنوعة تتلاءم مع متطلبات العمل في جمعية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة .
 
عينـة البحـث :
تکونت عينة البحث من: عينة قصدية للعاملات في جمعية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ، حيث بلغ عددهم  "50" عاملة من الأقسام المختلفة للجمعية ، بموجب "40" عاملة بمکة المکرمة ، و"10" عاملات بجدة.
 
أدوات البحـث :
    استبيان للتعرف على الصعوبات والمشکلات الحاصلة في زي "اللاب کوت" التي تواجه العاملات في أقسام الجمعية ، والتفضيلات التي يرغبون تحقيقها في الزي من خلال إعداد تصاميم جديدة ومتنوعة تلاءم العمل في الجمعية .
 
وتوصل البحث الي :
1-      لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في المشکلات الحاصلة في الزي "اللاب کوت" من حيث الخامة .
2-      لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في المشکلات الحاصلة في الزي "اللاب کوت" من حيث اللون .
3-      لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في المشکلات الحاصلة في الزي "اللاب کوت" من حيث التصميم .
 
وأوصت الباحثة :
1-       ضرورة دراسة  متطلبات المستهلکين لهذا النوع من الزي ، واحتياجات السوق ، والعمل على الوفاء بها.
2-       تخصيص خط إنتاج في مصانع الملابس الجاهزة لإنتاج هذا النوع من الملابس .
3-       الاستفادة من الکوادر الوطنية وتدريبها لإنتاج هذا النوع من الزي ، مما يسهم في الارتقاء بالمستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للبلاد .
4-       إنتاج مجلة مخصصة لهذا النوع من الزي مختلفة التصميمات تلائم المتطلبات الوظيفية .  
 
 
 
Abstract
Design and implementation of uniforms "Lapps Cote" in working with special needs Association
 
The Lapps Cote d'one of the types of uniforms, and this type of clothing specializes in hospitals and medical sectors and laboratory, it protects clothing during work, and also to give professional appearance, has exceeded in White "Lapps Cote," the hospital's borders and Pat shows heavily in shopping malls, cafes and restaurants and in government departments and some private sectors sometimes in different times.
The research aims to:
1. Identify occurring problems facing workers in the Special Needs Association in uniform "Lapps Cote" current.
2. the work of new and diverse designs fit in with work requirements in association with special needs.
Sample Search: Find sample consisted of: intentional sample of workers with special needs in the Assembly, where numbered "50" functioning of the various sections of the Society, under the "40" working in Makkah, and "10" workers in Jeddah.
Search Tools:
    Questionnaire to learn about the difficulties and problems occurring in uniforms "Lapps Cote" faced by the workers in the assembly sections, and preferences that they want to achieve in uniform through the development of new and diverse designs matched to work in the Assembly.
The researcher concluded:
1. There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores in the sample occurring in uniform "Lapps Cote" in terms of raw material problems differences.
2. There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores in the sample occurring in uniform "Lapps Cote" in terms of color differences problems.
3. There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores in the sample occurring in uniform "Lapps Cote" in terms of design problems differences.
The researcher recommended:
1. The need to study the requirements of consumers for this type of outfit, and the needs of the market, and work to meet them.
2. The allocation of the production line in garment factories for the production of this type of clothing.
3. The use of national cadres and training to produce this kind of outfit, which contributes to improving the economic and social level of the country.
4. magazine dedicated to the production of this kind of different designs suit the functional requirements outfit.
