يهدف البحث إلى دراسة فاعلية برنامج تعليمي باستخدام برمجيات الحاسب الآلي على إکساب طلاب الفرقة الرابعة بقسم الصناعات الجلدية قي کلية الاقتصاد المنزلي مهارات إدارة المشروعات وقد استخدمت الباحثة لتحقيق هذا الهدف الادوات التالية : 1- الاختبار التحصيلي (معرفي- مهاري)لقياس القدرة على إدارة المشروعات 2- برنامج معد باستخدام برمجيات الحاسب الآلي لتنمية القدرة على إدارة المشروعات ، تم تطبيق الدراسة على طلاب الفرقة الرابعة بقسم الصناعات الجلدية في مقرر إدارة المشروعات وعددها (17) طالب وتم تقسيمهم عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين: - المجموعة الأولى (8) طلاب تعلموا بالطريقة التقليدية (المجموعة الضابطة). - المجموعة الثانية (9) طلاب تعلموا باستخدام البرنامج المصمم على الکمبيوتر (المجموعة التجريبية). وتوصلت النتائج إلى:
1-    لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي للاختبار التحصيلي حيث کانت (ت) غير دالة.
2-      توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة وطلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي بجانبيه (الجانب المعرفي) و(الجانب المهاري) لصالح التطبيق البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية وکانت جميع قيم (ت) دالة عند مستوى معنوية (0.05 – 0.01).
3-      توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي حيث کانت (ت) دالة عند مستوى معنوية 0.01، وکانت قيمة إيتا (19.8) مما يدل على التأثير الکبير للبرنامج المعد.

وقد أوصت الباحثة بأهمية مناشدة المسئولين عن تطوير اللوائح بالکلية بضرورة إضافة جانب تطبيقي لمادة إدارة المشروعات في الرابعة لقسم الصناعات الجلدية لأهميته في إکساب الطلاب المهارات العملية لإدارة المشروعات

(Experimental study)



      The research aims to study the effectiveness of an educational program using computer software to give the fourth-year students of the leather industry department valuable College of Home Economics project management skills have been used researcher to achieve this goal the following tools: 1. achievement test (Marafa- Mehari) to measure the ability of project management 2 - infectious program using computer software to develop the capacity to project management, the study applied to the fourth year students of the leather industry department in project management decision number (17) students were divided randomly into two groups - the first group (8) students learned the traditional way (Group control). - The second group (9) students learned using the program designed on the computer (the experimental group). And found the results to:
1. statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of the control group and the experimental group does  not exist in tribal application to test the grades where the (T) is a function.
2. There are statistically significant differences between the  mean scores of the group students of the officer and the students of the experimental group in the posttest application of the test grades Bjanabih (cognitive aspect) and (technically gifted side) in favor of the post test experimental group were all values ​​(T) function in the abstract level (0:05 to 0:01 ).
3. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students in tribal application and post test grades in favor of the dimensional application where (T) function at the moral level of 0.01, and the value of the ETA (19.8) which shows the significant impact of the program prepared.
* The researcher recommended the importance of appealing to those responsible for the development of the college regulations need to add a side of a substance applied project management in the fourth section of the leather industry for its importance in the Giving students practical skills for project management
