دراسة تطبيقية مقارنة بين نظامي للتعشيق الآلى فى صناعة الملابس
يهدف البحث الى التوصل إلي افضل نظام للتعشيق الآلي من خلال المقارنة بين نظامي ( جربر وجيمني ) ،وتحديد طريقة لکيفية إجراء المقارنة وذک من خلالتوحيد المتغيرات المختلفة التى تؤثر على عملية التعشيق الآلى(کفاءة جهاز الحاسب ، رقم الاصدار المستخدم من النظامين ، الوقت ، عرض التعشيق ، نوع طريقة التعشيق) ،وتم تطبيق التعشيق الآلى على موديلين (جاکت کاجوال شبابى – جاکت کلاسيک) ، وعلى الانواع الثلاثة من التعشيق المستخدمة فى مصانع الملابس(التعشيق الحر - کل المقاسات فى نفس الاتجاة - کل مقاس فى اتجاة) ،وعلى عرضين للتعشيق (140 سم – 150 سم) ،وتم استخدام ازمنة مختلفة للتعشيق الآلى (5 دقائق – 10 دقائق – 15 دقيقة – 20 دقيقة). وقد اسفرت نتائج البحث عن تفوق نظام جربر فى کل المتغييرات.
Abstract
An applied study comparing two automatic marker making systems
 in Apparel industry
The research aims to arrive at the best automatic marker making system by comparing the two systems (Gerber and Gemini), and determining a method for how to perform the comparison, and that by unifying the different variables that affect the automatic marker making process (the efficiency of the computer, the version number used from the two systems, time, marker width, The type of marker making method), and the automatic marker making was applied to two models (youth casual jacket - classic jacket), and on the three types of marker making method used in clothing factories (free marker – All Bundle Same Dir. - Alt Bundle Alt Dir.), and on two marker widths ( 140 cm - 150 cm), and different times were used for automatic marker making (5 minutes - 10 minutes - 15 minutes - 20 minutes). The results of the research resulted in the superiority of the Gerber system in all variables.
