يعد التعليم عن بعد اهم طرق التعلم نظرا لتقديمها فرصا أفضل للطالب لتنمية التحصيل المعرفي والاداء المهارى لدي المتعلمين، کما أنها تقلل من زمن التعلم وتحول دور المعلم من ملقن ومحفظ إلى موجه ومرشد وتحقق أهداف أخرى غير تعليمية إلى جانب تنمية الجوانب التفاعلية والمشارکة الإيجابية من المتعلم في عملية التعلم. و يزداد دور التعليم عن بعد يوما بعد يوم وخاصة في حالات الحاجة الماسة له مثل الوقت الحالي الذي يمر به العالم أجمع والذي يواکب کتابة هذا البحث حيث يواجه فيه البشرية خطرا جائحا يتمثل في انتشار فيروس کورونا المستجد (کوفيد 19 ) والذي يحتم على المتعلم والمعلم التواجد بمنازلهم . ولما کان من الضروري استمرار العملية التعليمية، أصبح التعليم عن بعد حلا إستراتيجيا لهذه الأزمة، وقامت الباحثة بدراسة وتقييم تجربة التعليم عن بعد فى تدريس مقررتصميم ازياء نساء للفرقة الثالثة باستخدام برنامج  (Microsoft-teams) للوقوف على إيجابياتها وسلبياتها وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف فى اليات التدريس التى تم إتباعها ومن ثم وضع إجراءات تحسينيه،واقتراحات بديلة يمکن الاستناد إليها فى الخطط التطويرية للمقرر.
ولقد اتبع البحث المنهج شبة التجريبى ,الوصفى وتوصل البحث الى أن أسلوب التعليم عن بُعد باستخدام تطبيق Microsoft-teams له تأثير جيد کبير على نتيجة الطلاب من حيث تحصيل المعلومات والمعارف بالنسبة إلى مقرر "تصميم ازياء النساء". ويمکن تفسير هذه النتيجة بان التعليم عن بُعد کان بديل مناسباً للطلاب بعيداً عن الأسلوب التقليدى، تمثل في إدخال نظام تعليمى عن بُعد توافق مع استعداداتهم وقدراتهم، هذا بالإضافة إلى تلبية حاجات المتعلمين حيث تقدم لهم ما يحتاجون من المعلومات في الأوقات التي تناسبهم وايضا يتبين أن المجموعة الضابطة التى تعلمت بالأسلوب التقليدى کان أداءهم المهارى لجميع وحدات المقررمرتفع، وقد يرجع ذلک إلى أن التواصل المباشر مع الأستاذ حيث يقوم بالمناقشة وتتبع عمل الطلاب واستقبال استفساراتهم ومتابعه التکليفات والتصميمات والمشاريع بشکل فورى ومباشر، والتي يمکن ان يقوم الأستاذ بالتعديل عليها، أو شرح مشکلة تقنية وحصول الطالب على المساعدة الفورية لحلها، کل ذلک ساعد على إتقان الطلاب للمهارات المتعلقة بکل وحدات المقرر ومن اهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بالتدريب على أساليب التعليم عن بُعد سواء الطلاب أو الأساتذة أو القائمين على هذا التعليم من أجل الاستفادة القصوى من التقنية، ومساعدة الأساتذة على تصميم المناهج الدراسية والمحتوى التعليمى على شبکة الانترنت باستخدام البرامج المختلفة لإنشاء مقررات إلکترونية، والتعرف على أفضل نُظم التقويم مدعمة بالوسائط المتعددة لتتلاءم مع التعليم الالکترونى.

The Effectiveness of Using Distance Education in Teaching The Course of Fashion Design of Women's Wear for The Students of The Third Year, Department of Clothing and Textile, in Light of Covid 19 Crisis
Distance education is one of the most important method of learning because it provides better opportunities for the student to develop the cognitive achievement and the skillful performance of the learners.It also reduces the learning time and transforms the teacher's role from a mentor and a conservator to a guide and achieves other non-educational goals as well as developing the interactive aspects and the positive participation of the learner in the learning process. And the role of distance education increases day after day, especially in cases of urgent need for it, such as the current time that the whole world is going through, which coincides with the writing of this research where humanity faces a pandemic threat represented in the spread of the new Corona virus (Covid 19) ,Which makes it imperative for the learner and the teacher to be in their homes, and since it was necessary to continue the educational process, distance education became a strategic solution to this crisis, and the researcher studied and evaluated the experience of distance education in teaching acourse on women's wear fashion design for the third year students using the (Microsoft-teams) program to find out its positives and negatives.And their disadvantages, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching mechanisms that were followed, and then developing improvement procedures, and alternative suggestions that can be based on the course's development plans.
The research followed the Quasiexperimental and the descriptive approach, and the research found that the method of distance education using the Microsoft-teams application has a good effect on the students’ score in terms of obtaining information and knowledge regarding the" Women's wear Fashion Design "course. This result can be explained by the fact that distance education was a suitable alternative for students away from the traditional method, represented in the introduction of a distance education system compatible with their aptitudes and abilities, in addition to meeting the needs of the learners by providing them with the information they need at times that suit them and also it turns out that the group The officer, who learned in the traditional way, their skill performance for all units of the course was high, and this may be due to the fact that direct communication with the professor, where he discusses and tracks students' work, receives their inquiries, and follows up on assignments, designs and projects immediately and directly, which the professor can amend, or explain a technical problem and obtain The student received immediate assistance to solve it. All this helped students master the skills related to all course units Among the most important recommendations is the need to pay attention to training in remote education methods, whether students, professors, or those in charge of this education in order to make the most of technology, and to help teachers design curricula and educational content on the Internet by using different programs to create electronic courses, and to get acquainted with the best evaluation systems.
