معايير الجودة لعناصر التصميم الداخلى للمسکن وعلاقتها بالکفاءة الوظيفية لربة الأسرة
     يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين معايير الجودة لعناصر التصميم الداخلى للمسکن والکفاءة الوظيفية لربة الأسرة، وتکونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (307) ربة أسرة تم إختيارهن بطريقة قصدية مشروطة من العاملات وغير العاملات ولديها أبناء ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة من المقيمات بمحافظات القاهرى الکبرى ، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة واستمارة متغيرات البيئة السکنية ومقياس معايير الجودة لعناصر التصميم الداخلى للمسکن ومقياس الکفاءة الوظيفية لربة الأسرة .
وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن أکثر المعايير التى تهتم بها ربات الأسر فى معايير جودة التصميم الداخلى للمسکن هى المعايير الوظيفية حيث أحتلت الترتيب الأول بمتوسط حسابى 116.93 ، وأکثر محاور الکفاءة الوظيفية لدى ربات الأسر هى کفاءة ترشيد استهلاک الطاقة والمياه حيث أحتلت الترتيب الأول بمتوسط حسابى 2.568.
کما أظهرات النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر عينة البحث فى معايير الجودة لعناصر التصميم الداخلى للمسکن عند مستوى دلالة (0.05-0.01) تبعاً للمتغيرات الديموجرافية والمتغيرات السکنية، کما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة البحث فى الکفاءة الوظيفية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05-0.01) تبعاً للمتغيرات الديموجرافية، ووجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين معايير الجودة لعناصر التصميم الداخلى للمسکن بمحاوره والکفاءة الوظيفية لربة الأسرة بمحورها، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين أبعاد معايير الجودة لعناصر التصميم الداخلى للمسکن ومحاور الکفاءة الوظيفية لربة الأسرة وبين متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعى والاقتصادى للأسرة والمتغيرات السکنية، ، کما تبين اختلاف نسبة مشارکة المتغيرات المستقلة فى تفسير نسب التباين فى المتغير التابع (الکفاءة الوظيفية لربة الأسرة) تبعاً لأوزان معاملات (الإنحدار – درجة الإرتباط) فتملث مشارکة المتغيرات على الترتيب (المستوى التعليمى للزوجة، معايير الجودة لعناصر التصميم الداخلى للمسکن، متوسط الدخل الشهرى للأسرة، مدة الحياة الزوجية، تعليم الزوج).
 
 
Quality Standards for Housing Interior Design elements and their Relationship with housewife's Functional Efficiency
  Abstract:
This research is aimed at identifying the nature of the relationship between the quality standards of residence internal design elements and housewives’ functional efficiency. The research basic sample consisted of (307) working and non-working housewives who were selected in a conditional and intentional manner .They have children and they belong to different social and economic levels and residents of the Greater Cairo governorates. The research instruments included the following: the form of family general data, the form of residential environment variables, the scale of quality standards for residence interior design elements and the scale of housewives’ functional efficiency.
 
The results of the study indicated that the most important standards for housewives in the quality standards of residence interior design are the functional standards, as they came first with an arithmetic mean of 116.93, and the most functional efficiency among housewives is related to the rationalization of energy and water consumption, as it came first with an arithmetic mean of 2.568.
The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between housewives subject to the research sample regarding the quality standards of residence interior design elements according to the demographic and residential variables. There are also statistically significant differences between the members of the research sample regarding the functional efficiency according to the demographic variables. There is also a positive correlation between the quality standards elements of residence internal design with its domains and housewives’ functional efficiency with its domains. There is also a correlation between the dimensions of the quality standards of residence interior design elements and the domains of housewives’ functional efficiency and between the variables of family’s social and economic level and the residential variables. There is also difference in the percentage of the independent variables participating in the interpretation of the variance percentages in the dependent variable (housewives’ functional efficiency) according to the weights of the coefficients (regression - degree of correlation), where the participation of the variables are represented as follows respectively (wife’s educational level, quality standards for the elements of residence  interior design, family’s average monthly income, duration of marital life, husband’s education).
