فاعلية برنامج ارشادي لتنمية وعي المرأة بإدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة وعلاقته ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً

استهدف البحث الحالي دراسة فاعلية برنامج ارشادي معد لتوعية المرأة بإدارة الدخل المالي وعلاقته ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً، واتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة الاساسية من (200) امرأة  من مستويات تعليمية واقتصادية مختلفة داخل محافظة أسيوط وعينة البحث التجريبية من (50) امرأة يمثل ربيع الحد الأدنى للعينة الاساسية، واشتملت ادوات الدراسة علي استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة،استبيان إدارة الدخل المالي، واستبيان الوعي ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً، وبرنامج ارشادي لتوعية المرأة بإدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة وعلاقته بتنمية الوعي ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن ما يلي: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المرأة عينة الدراسة الاساسية في درجة الوعي بإدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة والوعي ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً تبعاً لمتغير متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح الدخل المنخفض وعدد الابناء لصالح عدد الابناء (3-4) ابناء، والمستوي التعليمي للزوجة لصالح المستوي التعليمي المتوسط  ثم المرتفع ولصالح المستوي التعليمي المرتفع للزوج،  ومکان سکن الاسرة لصالح سکان القري، وعمل الزوجة لصالح الزوجات العاملات، ومهنة الزوج لصالح الاعمال الحکومية عند مستوي دلالة (0.01)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين استبيان إدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة واستبيان الوعي ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً عند مستوي دلالة 0.01، کما وجد أن أکثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيراً علي تنمية وعي المرأة بإدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة کانت علي النحو التالي علي الترتيب (متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة، المستوي التعليمي للزوجة، المستوي التعليمي للزوج، عمل الزوجة، مهنة الزوج، عدد الابناء، مکان سکن الأسرة)علي الترتيب بنسبة مشارکة (90%، 88%، 76%، 74%، 70%، 68%، 64%)، کما وجد أن أکثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيراً علي تنمية وعي المرأة ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً کانت علي النحو التالي علي الترتيب (متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة، المستوي التعليمي للزوجة، المستوي التعليمي للزوج، عمل الزوجة، مهنة الزوج، مکان سکن الاسرة، عدد الابناء)علي الترتيب بنسبة مشارکة (92%، 86%، 82%، 78%، 74%، 72%، 64%) عند مستوي دلالة 0,01 وايضاً وجد أن حجم تأثير البرنامج المعد کبير حيث بلغ 0,96 في رفعها درجة الوعي بإدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة و0,95 في تنمية الوعي ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً مما يؤکد مدي فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية وعي المرأة بإدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة وعلاقته ببعض طرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتقديم دورات تدريبية لتنمية مهارات إدارة الدخل المالي للأسرة للزوجات لمساعدتهن علي سد الاحتياجات الاساسية للأسرة. وتوعيتهن بطرق حفظ الاغذية منزلياً واکسابهن العديد من المهارات التي تساعدهن علي تحقيق الکفاءة في إدارة شئون الأسرة. وإدماج إدارة الصناعات الصغيرة مثل حفظ الاغذية في مناهج الاقتصاد المنزلي لتعليم الاجيال الجديدة کيفية ممارسة تلک الصناعات بأسلوب علمي.
 
               The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of a counseling program designed to educate women about financial income management and its relationship to some methods of preserving food at home. This study followed the descriptive and experimental approach, and the basic study sample consisted of (200) women of different educational and economic levels within Assiut Governorate and the experimental research sample of 50) A woman Rabea represents the minimum for the basic sample. The study tools included a general family data form, a financial income management questionnaire, and an awareness questionnaire of some methods of preserving food at home, An informative program to educate women about managing family financial income and its relationship to developing awareness of some methods of preserving food at home. The results of the study resulted in the following: The presence of statistically significant differences between women. The basic study sample in the degree of awareness of managing family financial income and awareness of some methods of preserving food at home according to a medium variable The monthly income of the family in favor of low income and the number of children in favor of the number of children (3-4) children, the educational level of the wife in favor of the middle and then higher educational level and in favor of the husband's higher educational level, the place of residence of the family for the benefit of the villagers, the wife’s work for the benefit of working wives, the husband’s profession in favor of business Government at the level of significance (0.01) And the existence of a positive correlation between the household financial income management questionnaire and the awareness questionnaire of some methods of preserving food at home at a significance level of 0.01, and it was found that the most influential variables of the study on developing women's awareness of family financial income management were as follows (average monthly household income, level) The wife's education, the husband's educational level, the wife's work, the husband's profession, the number of children, the place of residence of the family) respectively, with a participation rate (90%, 88%, 76%, 74%, 70%, 68%, 64%). The variables of the study most influencing the development of women's awareness of some methods of preserving food at home were as follows Next in order (average monthly income of the family, the educational level of the wife, the educational level of the husband, the wife's work, the husband's profession, the place of residence of the family, the number of children) in order of participation rate (92%, 86%, 82%, 78%, 74%, 72%, 64%) at the level of significance 0,01. It was also found that the size of the prepared program’s impact was significant, as it reached 0.96 in raising awareness of the family’s financial income management and 0.95 in developing awareness of some methods of preserving food at home, which confirms the effectiveness of the program in Developing women's awareness of family financial income management and its relationship to some household food preservation methods. The study recommended providing training courses to develop family income management skills for wives to help them meet the basic needs of the family. And make them aware of the methods of preserving food at home, and equip them with many skills that help them achieve efficiency in managing family affairs. And the incorporation of small industries management, such as food preservation, into home economics curricula to teach new generations how to practice these industries in a scientific manner.,
