فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات إعداد نموذج غطاء الرأس (الخمار) وتنفيذه للمرأة المعيلة

     يهدف البحث إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمرأة المعيلة الحالية والمستقبلية، ثم إعداد وبناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح وقياس فاعليته في إکساب المرأة المعيلة المهارات الخاصة بإعداد النموذج وتنفيذ غطاء الرأس (الخمار)، وتکونت عينة البحث من(20) متدربة من النساء المعيلات، من جمعية همسة الخير- التابعة لمراکز الأسر المنتجة بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي، واشتملت أدوات البحث علي استمارة تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمرأة المعيلة، واختبار مهاري ومقياس تقدير لتقييم الاختبار المهاري.
     وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (0.1) بين متوسطي درجات النساء المعيلات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يؤکد على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في إکساب المرأة المعيلة المهارات الخاصة بإعداد نموذج غطاء الرأس (الخمار) وتنفيذه.
The effectiveness of a training program to develop the skills of preparing the pattern of the head cover (Khemar ) and implementing it for the breadwinner women
 
     This research aims at determining the current and future training needs for the breadwinner women, then preparing and building the proposed training program and measuring its effectiveness regarding providing the breadwinner women with the necessary skills for preparing the pattern and then implementing the head cover (Khemar).The research sample consisted of (20) breadwinner women trainees from Hamsat Al - Khair Charity Association ,affiliated to the centers of  the productive families at the Ministry of Social Solidarity. The research instruments included the following: a form for determining the training needs of breadwinner women, a skill test , and an assessment scale for assessing the skill test.
     The research results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (0.1) between the average scores of the breadwinner women in the pre and post application of the skill test , in favor of the post application. This confirms the effectiveness of the proposed training program in providing the breadwinner women with the skills necessary for preparing the pattern of the head cover (Khemar) and implementing it.
