هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على المدخل الإنساني في مشروعات الصناعات الجلدية الصغيرة لطالبات الإعدادي المهني ، و تحديد فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية جدارات ريادة الاعمال وثقافة العمل الحر وتنمية الجانب المهارى لتنفيذ مشروعات صغير لدى طالبات الاعدادي المهني ، وشملت أدوات البحث على (  مقياس جدارات ريادة الاعمال -  مقياس ثقافة العمل الحر -  مقياس تقدير الأداء المهارى ) ، وتم تطبيق تجربة البحث على عينة من طالبات الإعدادي المهني بلغ عددهن (35طالبة من طالبات الصف الأول الإعدادي المهني ) ، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس جدارات ريادة الاعمال لصالح التطبيق البعدي حيث بلغت قيمة "ت" "27.327" وهى دالة عند مستوى 0,01 في المحور الأول المهارات الشخصية بأبعاده (تحمل المسئولية - التواصل بکفاءة مع الاخرين ) ، کما بلغت قيمه "ت" "32.560" وهى دالة عند مستوى 0.01  في المحور الثاني المهارات المهنية بأبعاده (إدارة المعرفة -  التخطيط لمشروع صغير - الابداع المهني المرتبط بريادة الاعمال ) ، کما أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر لصالح التطبيق البعدي حيث بلغت قيمة "ت" "43.611" وهي قيمة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 ، کما أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تقدير الأداء المهارى لصالح التطبيق البعدي حيث بلغت قيمة "ت" "40.333" لمجموع درجات مقياس تقدير الأداء المهارى ککل ، وهي قيمة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 لصالح الاختبار البعدى ، ومن أهم توصيات البحث أهمية بناء البرامج التدريبية المتنوعة لتنمية مهارات طالبات الإعدادي المهني بما يؤهلهن لامتلاک المهارات اللازمة للخوض في سوق العمل بکفاء  ، وتوجيه اهتمام القائمين على تطوير مناهج الإعدادي المهني لتطوير المناهج وتضمينها المهارات التي تتوافق مع احتياجات الطالبات ومتطلبات سوق العمل ، واهمية تدريب المعلمين على استخدام الأساليب التدريسية الحديثة التي تناسب احتياجات طالبات الإعدادي المهني وتساعد على زيادة الدافعية للتعلم .

Abstract
“A training program based on the human approach to the small leather accessories projects to develop the entrepreneurial competencies and the entrepreneurial culture of the female students at the vocational preparatory  schools”
This research aimed at building a training program based on the human approach in the small leather accessories projects for the female students at the vocational preparatory  schools, and determining the effectiveness of the training program in developing the competencies of entrepreneurship and the culture of self-employment and the development of the skill side with the aim to implement small projects for the female students at the vocational preparatory  schools. The research instruments included (the scale of  leadership competencies - the scale of the self-employment culture – the scale of  skill performance assessment).The research experiment was applied to a sample of the female students at the vocational preparatory  schools, totaling (35 female  students at the first vocational preparatory grade).The research concluded the following results:  There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the female students in the pre- and post-application of the scale of entrepreneurial competencies, in favor of the post-application, where the value of “T” was 27.327, which is statistically significant value at the level of 0.01 in the first axis, the personal skills in its dimensions including (assuming responsibility - communication efficiently with others. In addition, the value of "T" was 32,560, which is statistically significant value at the level of 0.01 in the second axis, professional skills in its dimensions (knowledge management - planning for a small project - professional creativity associated with entrepreneurship. - There are also statistically significant differences between the average scores of the female students in the pre- and post-application of the scale of the attitude towards self-employment , in favor of the post-application, as the value of "T" was 43,611, which is statistically significant value at the level of 0.01. - There are also statistically significant differences between the average scores of the female students in the pre- and post-application of the scale of  the skill performance assessment , in favor of the post application, where the value of“ T ”was 40.333 for the total score of the scale of skill performance assessment as a whole, which  is statistically significant value at the level 0.01 in favor of the post-test. The most important recommendations of the research are as follows: The importance of building various training programs to develop the skills of the female students at the vocational preparatory  schools  with the aim to qualify them to possess the necessary skills to efficiently join the labor market.
