وعى ربة الاسرة بالأهداف الذکية فى ضوء بعض متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعى والاقتصادى للأسرة الاجتماعى والاقتصادى للأسرة

المقدمة والمشکلة البحثية:
                 تقوم ربة الاسرة بإدارة شئون حياة اسرتها فهى المسئولة الأولى عن تحقيق أهداف الأسرة والأرتقاء بمستوى معيشتها وتوفير أسباب السعادة لها، وهذا لا يتحقق الا عن طريق اتباع الزوجة لاسلوب ادارى سليم يساعدها على التخطيط الجيد وتحديد اهدافه، حيث أن المشکلات داخل الأسرة تقل کلما کانت الزوجة قادرة على تحديد اهدافها وإدارة مواردها، وتعتبر مهارة تحديد الهدف من المهارات الضرورية لتنمية القدرة علي التخطيط حيث أنه رکيزة أساسية في عملية التخطيط، وانه لا يوجد خطة ما لم يکن هناک هدف محدد واضح يسعي الفرد الي تحقيقه فبدون تحديد الهدف تسيطر الفوضي والعشوائية.
تتحدد مشکلة البحث في الکشف عن العلاقة بين وعى ربة الاسرة بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها (أهمية تحديد الاهداف الذکية- مواصفات الاهداف الذکية- معوقات الاهداف الذکية) وبعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأسرة (العمر لرب وربة الاسرة ، المؤهل العلمي لرب وربة الاسرة ، وظيفة رب وربة الاسرة، حجم الاسرة و دخل الأسرة الشهري)"؟
تکونت عينة البحث من (346) من ربات الاسر من مستويات اقتصادية واجتماعية مختلفة ،تم تجميع العينة من منطقة القصيم بطريقة صدفية غرضية، تم التطبيق الميدانى خلال عام 2017م ،واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى و تکونت اداة البحث من: استمارة البيانات العامة لربة الاسرة، استبيان الوعى بألاهداف الذکية.
أهداف البحث :
-     تحديد مستوى مستوى الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاوره (أهمية تحديد الاهداف الذکية- مواصفات الاهداف الذکية- معوقات الاهداف الذکية) لدى ربات الاسر عينة البحث ؟
-     دراسة العلاقة بين الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها لدى ربات الاسر عينة البحث وبعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأسرة (العمر لرب وربة الاسرة ، المؤهل العلمي لرب وربة الاسرة ، وظيفة رب وربة الاسرة، حجم الاسرة و دخل الأسرة الشهري)".
-      توضيح الفروق في الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها لدى ربات الاسر عينة البحث تبعاً لبعض المتغيرات (عمل ربة الاسرة – تحديد ربة الاسرة للأهدافها "تحدد – لا تحدد"، أنواع الأهداف "مکتوبة – ذهنية"، نوع الاهداف " يومية– أسبوعية- شهرية- سنوية ".
-     تحديد اوجه التباين فى الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها لدى ربات الاسر عينة البحث تبعاً لبعض متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعى والاقتصادى (العمر لرب وربة الاسرة ، المؤهل العلمي لرب وربة الاسرة ، وظيفة رب وربة الاسرة، حجم الاسرة و دخل الأسرة الشهري).
- أهمية البحث :
- تناولت الدراسة موضوعاً هاماً وهو دراسة الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها وبعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأسرة لما يحملهُ هذا الموضوع من مضامين متعددة اجتماعية وثقافية ونفسية يمکن ان نشخص من خلالها تقويم المجتمع لمدى قدرة المرأة على تحقيق اهدافها، والاستفادة من نتائج هذه الدراسة فى تحديد أهم المشکلات التى تعوق ربة الاسرة فى تحديد اهدافها وبالتالى محاولة إيجاد حلولاً لهذه المشکلات بناء على هذه النتائج.
      
ملخص لأهم نتائج البحث:
- أن الوعي العام  للأسر بأهمية تحديد الأهداف الذکية کان وعياً ايجابياً بدرجة عالية.
- عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين  درجات ربات الأسر  فى الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها  وبعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأسرة.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات  دلالة احصائياً بين درجات ربات الأسر في الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها  تبعاً لکل من (نوع الأهداف "مکتوبة – ذهنية")، و(مدة تحديد الهدف "يومية– أسبوعية- شهرية- سنوية")، و تبعاً لعمل ربة الاسرة (لا تعمل – تعمل)".
- عدم وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في الوعى بالأهداف الذکية بمحاورها تبعاً لکل من "عمر رب وربة الاسرة"، و "مستوى تعليم ربة الأسرة"، و "وظيفة رب وربة الاسرة"، و" حجم الاسرة"، " لمستوى الدخل الشهرى للاسرة".
 
أهم التوصيات:
- العمل على ترسيخ ثقافة تحديد الاهداف داخل الأسرة کآلية اساسية قبل البدء فى اى عمل لضمان تحقيقه.
- الاهتمام بعمل الندوات والبرامج الإرشادية بوسائل الاعلام المختلفة التى توضح معايير ومعوقات تحديد الاهداف الذکية بالأسرة.
- الاهتمام بالتدريب الإداري الهادف لتنمية المهارات والاستعدادات والقدرات الإدارية وذلک عن طريق إعداد دورات وبرامج تدريبية خاصة في مجال إدارة المنزل والمؤسسات سواء داخل الجامعات أو خارجها.

Abstract
Introduction and research problem: 
                 The housewife manages the affairs of her family’s life, as she is primarily responsible for achieving the family’s goals, raising the standard of living and providing the reasons for happiness for her family. This can only be achieved by following the wife’s proper administrative method that helps her to plan well and define the goals, since the problems within the family decrease whenever the wife is able to define her goals and managing her resources. The skill of determining goals is considered one of the necessary skills to develop the ability to plan as it is an essential pillar in this process. As well, there is no plan unless there is a clear specific goal that the individual seeks to achieve because without defining the goal, chaos and randomness dominate.
The research problem is determined in revealing the relationship between the awareness of the housewife with smart goals and their axes (i.e. the importance of determining the smart goals,  characteristics of smart goals, and obstacles of smart goals) and some social and economic variables of the family (i.e. age, educational qualification and job of the husband and the housewife, family size and monthly family income).
The research sample consisted of 346 housewives from different economic and social levels. The sample was collected from the Qassim region with a randomly targeted method. The field application was done during 2017.
The current research follows a descriptive and analytical approach.
The research tool consisted of the general data form of the housewife and thequestionnaire of the awareness of smart goals.
 
Research aims :
- Determining the level of awareness of smart goals with its axes (i.e. the importance of determining the smart goals, characteristics of smart goals, and obstacles to smart goals) among housewives in the research sample.
- Studying the relationship between awareness of smart goals and their axes among housewives in the research sample and some social and economic variables of the family (i.e. the age of husband and housewife, their educational qualification, their job, family size, and monthly family income).
- Explaining the differences in awareness of smart goals with their axes among housewives in the research sample according to some variables (i.e. the work of the housewife - determining the housewife of her goals "determines - does not determine", type of the goals "written - mental", and the goal type "daily - weekly - monthly - yearly" ".
- Determining the variation in awareness of smart goals and their axes among housewives in the research sample according to some variables of the social and economic level (i.e. the age of husband and housewife, their educational qualification, their job, family size and monthly family income).
- The research importance :
- The study dealt with an important topic, which is the study of awareness of smart goals and their axes in addition to some of the social and economic variables of the family. This is because this topic has multiple social, cultural and psychological implications through which we can diagnose society's assessment of the woman's ability to achieve her goals. In addition, it can benefit from the study results to determine the most important problems that impeded the housewife to determine her goals and thus trying to find solutions to these problems based on these results.
 
Summary of the most important search results:
- The general awareness of families to the importance of determining smart goals was highly positive.
- There was an insignificant statistical correlation between the degree of housewives in the awareness of smart goals and their axes and some social and economic variables of the family.
- There are insignificant statistically differences between the degrees of the housewives in the awareness of smart goals with their axes according to boh of (type of goals; "written - mental”), and (the goal period;  "daily - weekly - monthly - yearly"), and according to the work of the housewife (works – doesn’t work(".
- There was insignificant difference between the average of the degrees of the housewives in the awareness of smart goals and their axes according to "the age of the husband and housewife", "the level of education of the housewife", "the job of husband and housewife ", "the size of the family" and "the level of the family's monthly income. "
The most important recommendations:
- Establishing the culture of determining goals within the family as a basic tool before starting any work to ensure its achievement.
- Paying attention to seminars and guidance programs in different media that explain the criteria and obstacles to determine smart goals in the family.
- Paying attention to the administrative training aiming for developing skills, preparations, and administrative capabilities through preparing courses and special training programs in the field of home and institutions management whether inside or outside the universities.
