أثر بعض العوامل الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والسکنيه على حل المشکلات الادارية والتصميمية والتأثيثية المرتبطة بالمسکن

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أثر بعض العوامل الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والسکنية على حل المشکلات الادارية والتصميمية والتأثيثية المرتبطة بالمسکن، وأجرى البحث على عينه تکونت من (246) ربة أسرة تم إختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية مشروطة من العاملات وغير العاملات ولديهن أبناء ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة من المقيمات بمحافظة القاهرة ومن بعض قرى محافظة المنوفية، وأشتملت أدوات البحث على إستمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة، إستبيان المشکلات الادارية، استبيان المشکلات التصميمية والتأثيثية، اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى .  
 
وأوضحت النتائج اختلاف الأهمية النسبية لحلول المشکلات لدى ربات أسر عينة البحث، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية فى حلول ربات الأسر للمشکلات الادارية والتصميمية والتأثيثية تبعا لاختلاف بعض العوامل الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والسکنيه، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين حلول ربات الأسر للمشکلات الإدارية والتصميمية والتأثيثية وبين بعض العوامل الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والسکنيه، کذلک وجود فروق عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 فى حلول المشکلات الادارية والتصميمية والتأثيثية لصالح العاملات ولصالح ربات أسر الحضر، کما أوضحت أن المستوى التعليمى لربة الأسرة هو أکثر العوامل تأثيرًا وتفسيرًا لنسبة التباين في حلول المشکلات، يليها تأثير مکان السکن.


 
The research aims to identify the effect of some social, economical and housing factors on solving the management and design and furnishing problems associated housing .The basic study sample consisted of (246) wives, have randomly and rationally been selected, from working and non working women, and have children , from different social and economical levels, from residents governorates of Caio and some villages in the province of Menoufia. The research tools include the general information form, Management Problems questionnaire, Design &Furnishing Problems questionnaire. The research follows the descriptive analytical methodology.
 
The results showed a difference relative importance of solving problems with heads of households sample, and the presence of statistically significant differences in solving the management and design and furnishing problems depending on the different some social, economical and housing factors , and the existence of a positive correlation between solutions housewives problems management , design and furnishing and between some social, economical and housing factors, as well as the existence of differences at the level of significance 0.01 in the consciousness of women heads of households solutions the management and design and furnishing problems for women workers and in favor of urban heads of households, The research results, showed that the educational level of the head of the household is the most influential factor and an explanation for the contrast ratio in the solutions to the problems, followed by the impact of the place of residence.
